BLUEBILL AVENUE FORCE MAIN
This project includes replacing the force main adjacent to the Bluebill Avenue bridge with a sub-aqueous force main to be installed by horizontal directional drilling from the park located north of Bluebill Avenue before the bridge. The force main will be installed under the channel to connect to the existing sewer system west of the channel.
